Every client moves through the same six stages — only the delivery in Stage 4 changes depending on the tier recommended for you.
The Significance Call
15–20 minutes, video or phone. We qualify your goals, budget, and timeline, and recommend a tier — this call doesn't deliver styling advice itself. Free, or a small credited deposit ($25–$50) to filter serious enquiries. You'll get a short written recommendation, e.g. "Based on our chat, I'd suggest the Work Capsule + one coaching session."
Style Assessment
A paid diagnostic step before any styling begins: a style questionnaire (lifestyle, colour preferences, body proportions, budget), wardrobe photos or a video walkthrough of your closet, and optionally a colour and body-language analysis for the presence/coaching track. Priced standalone ($75–$150) or bundled free into packages above a certain price point.
Service tier selected
You choose (or confirm) one of: The Significant Start, Capsules of Significance, The Significance Day, or The Significance Method.
Delivery
Your session(s), lookbook, shopping trip, or coaching weeks — delivered per the tier's specifics on the Services page.
Follow-up & retention
A 30/60/90-day check-in cadence, with a seasonal refresh offer along the way.
Upsell / retainer
At the 90-day mark, clients who want ongoing support are offered The Significance Circle — plus a repeat capsule or referral program for everyone else.
